Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before and after you order.

What is Oakmoor, and who makes your products?

Oakmoor is the trading name of Hubei Xiaoke Household Products Co., Ltd. We design and make our pieces in our own workshop — every piece is prototyped, tested and packed by us before it ships. We're a small team, not a marketplace.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide with tracking to the United States, European Union, United Kingdom and many other countries. Full estimates are on our shipping page.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within business days. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is flat, or free on orders over . You'll see the exact cost at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked, as long as items are unused and in their original condition. See the returns policy for the step-by-step.

How do I pay? Is checkout safe?

You place your order through our form and we email you a secure payment link. You enter card details on the payment provider's page — never on this site. We display Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

Possibly. Duties, import taxes and VAT/GST (where applicable) are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery. We declare the full order value on all customs paperwork — we never under-declare or mark parcels as gifts.

How should I care for my items?

Each product lists care guidance on its page. As a rule: hand-wash porcelain, bone china and delicate glass; wipe sturdy ceramics and glassware with a soft cloth; keep unglazed terracotta away from prolonged moisture.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet we'll gladly adjust items, the address or cancel it entirely.

How do I contact you?

Email [email protected] — we reply within one business day.
