- Cart — your shopping-bag contents are stored in your browser's local storage so they survive a refresh. This stays on your device and is never sent to us until you place an order.
Payment data
We do not take card details on this site. Orders are placed by email and we send you a secure payment link; you enter your card details on the payment provider's own page. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order and send tracking.
- To provide customer support and handle returns.
- To improve the store and prevent fraud.
- To send transactional messages about your order (not marketing, unless you opt in).
Cookies & local storage

Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and support (generally up to 7 years), and delete or anonymise other data sooner where we can.
