These terms apply when you order from Oakmoor. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written in plain language; if any part is unclear, ask us.
1. The parties
Oakmoor is a trading name of Hubei Xiaoke Household Products Co., Ltd. (湖北逍客家居用品有限公司), Unified Social Credit Code 91420607MAKG39105A. When you order, you are buying from us.
2. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation and secure payment link. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred; if we've already taken payment we'll refund it in full.
3. Pricing & currency
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Prices exclude destination duties, import taxes and VAT/GST where applicable, which are collected by the carrier on delivery. We declare the full order value on customs paperwork and never mark parcels as gifts.
4. Payment
We do not take card details on this website. After you place an order we email you a secure payment link; you pay on the payment provider's own page. Title to goods passes to you once payment is received in full and the order is dispatched.
5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and sent with tracking. Delivery estimates are transit times after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See the shipping page for rates and estimates.
6. Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for any reason. See the returns page for the full process and any exclusions.
7. Intellectual property
All product photography, copy, designs and marks on this site are ours or licensed to us. You may not reuse them without written permission.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
